Hillary's Course on Constituional Law

"Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton on Wednesday called President Bush's explanations for eavesdropping on domestic telephone calls 'strange' and 'far-fetched,' launching a blistering attack on the White House ahead of the president's State of the Union address.

'Obviously, I support tracking down terrorists. I think that's our obligation. But I think it can be done in a lawful way," the New York Democrat said.' " According to the Associated Press.

Well, isn't that interesting. Hillary Clinton says that his explainations are "strange" and "far-fetched." And not only that she has the audacity to say that what President Bush is doing is illegal. Well, lets take a little look into Hillary's past. Does she have an explaination for posessing hundreds of FBI files of federal government workers; people who are NOT terrorists? Was that legal? I think not. Oh, but I forgot, democrats are always working for the common good so even if their actions not only intrude into innocent peoples' personal affairs and are illegal, it's ok.

And I have one last thing to say about this "scandal" inasmuch as it is getting quite tiresome. In the fourth ammendment of the constitution states, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." Well, lets look at the facts. President Bush has probable cause to put wiretaps on suspected terrorists. Also, phone conversations do not belong to the people. The phone a person talks to belongs to that person, but the phone lines belong to the phone company. This makes the conversations on the wires part of the public domain, therefore, giving the government the ability to listen to them without a warrant. But, the constitution doesn't really matter. Where is the ACLU?

Bush a spy? I think not.

There are many things troubling me about the world today, but my biggest pet-peeve as of now is how everyone on the left is claiming that President Bush is a spy and is overstepping his bounds as President. They are wrong. For some odd reason I seem to be the only person that I knows who remembers that thing that happened on September 11, 2001. What was that again? Oh, I remember, only 3000 Americans were killed by Islamic Radicals just for being American. Now, I'm not a fan of big brother, but if putting wire taps on possible terrorists prevents another 3000 or possibly more Americans dying by terrorism I am completly in favor of it. This is the problem with the Left and the ACLU, they are totlly selfish. Everything is about THEIR civil liberties and THEIR rights, how about the rights and civil liberties about the Americans who died on 9/11. Oh, I forgot. They dont matter because they arent you. Plus, we all know it is more important to ensure the civil liberties of one terrorist even if it means having thousands of people die, because civil liberties are what is most important. And, lest you forget, there have been how many terrorist attacks since 9/11? Zero. I trust President Bush to do what is right for our country and to prevent terroist attacks inasmuch as there have been no Americans killed on our own soil since 9/11.

I'm Back

Happy New Year to my few readers! I took a hiatus starting November 19, 2004 and now it is over, I am back and more concerned than ever. I stopped blogging because I was tired of news and took a break from current events and focused more on school and having fun, but I have become deeply troubled by everything going on in the world. I will try to write a new blog once a week though because I have a very busy schedule I may not have fun.

I hope that everyone has a happy and healthy 2006.

Where are they, NOW?

NOW is an interesting group, they pretend to support women. For some reason, I had an inkling to discus them today. See, it's nice and dandy to talk the talk, but you have to walk the walk. Where was NOW when Tom Carper ran in Delaware? There are court affidavits telling of him abusing his wife. Where is NOW when female fetuses are being killed everyday by vacuums? Where are you, NOW?

Saddam = Terrorist, I was right!

Some of the Terrorists in Iraq told military interrogators that many of the groups of terrorists fighting our troops, were set up by Saddam. That's interesting. Saddam apparently set up terrorist cells. But, he has absolutely no connection to Al Queda.

Linda Rondstadt is an Idiot

Why do celebrities think what they say is important? Today Linda Rondstadt said that we elected a bunch of Hitlers. See, this is how the party of acceptance, "hatred is not a family value", and brilliance, fights their enemies. Liberals don't have the intellectual capacity to make valid arguments so they call names. That's really nice, and smart. Name-calling, sounds fairly childish to me. But that’s ok, we're just dumb, old, bible beating, racist, republicans! Disgusting!

African Americans Against Kerry!

Now I don't usually associate race with a certain candidate, but John Scary is definately not a fighter for African Americans. See, today in my History class, a some dudes were trying to have a psuedo-political conversation, blasting Bush, and saying why Kerry should have won. The election is over, but, one said that he had to support Kerry since he is black. First of all, race has nothing to do with political views. Plus, if we really want to get serious, who was the party that freed the slaves, desegregated, and gave African Americans the right to vote, and equal rights? GOP.

Anyway, Kerry doesn't support African Americans. He voted against researching the Red Core Blood Cell, which scientists believe can cure sickle cell anemia, which mainly affects African Americans, and eventually leads to death. So how any African American can be for Kerry is beyond me.

President Bush, Insincereity is Uneeded

This is ridiculous. Why should President Bush go to the opening of the Clinton libary? He has nothing to prove! No people to convince to vote for him! He won. Screw everyone else. If I were president, I would sleep in all day. Who cares if I look like an ass hole. At least I would not be recieving oral sex from an ugly intern.

When Bush said that Clinton was a good president, I gagged. Literally. Everyone knows that Bill Clinton was the most immoral, useless president in history. Well, maybe Jimmy Carter was more useless. Anyway, I dare anyone to tell me one thing Clinton did during his presidency other than have people killed, or have sex.

Kofi Annan, Fix Your Country Before You Tell Me What to Do!

For some odd reason the American Left likes to make their decisions, to protect our country, based on what Kofi has to say. That's interesting, since we are the only Super Power, and he is an ambassador from magical country of Ghana. Lets do a comparison.

Ghana vs. United States:

Area: GHANA = 239,460 sq km (smaller than Oregon) US = 9,631,418 sq km
Population: GHANA = 20,757,032 US = 293,027,571
Life Expectancy: GHANA = 56.27 years US = 77.43
Literacy Rate: GHANA = 74.8% US = 97%
GDP: GHANA = $44.44 billion US = $10.99 trillion
Pop. Below Poverty Rate: GHANA = 31.4% US = 12%
Inflation rate: GHANA = 26.7% US = 2.3%
Exports : GHANA = $2.642 billion US = $714.5 billion

Still thinky Kofi should tell us what to do? Don't even get me started on Oil for Food! What a joke.

Thank you, Donna Shalala

"Insurgent Leader Vows Uprising Has Only Begun." So an insurgent has just told us that this uprising is just the begining. So I guess that thing that happened on 9/11 (that no one remembers) is an uprising. That's nice. The leaders of rebellious groups plotting to kill our troops and civilians are insurgents. There is only one person to blame for this conding. Donna Shalala.

Where did this idea of being politically correct come from? Hillary? Billary? Katie Couric? If you answered yes to any of these, you are wrong. The mastermind of politically correctness is Donna Shalala. Yes, the former Secretary of HHS. She came up with the idea long, long ago in a place far, far away called Wisconsin. She was President of U. of Wisconsin, when she molded the rules around politically corectness. Where is she now? President of U. of Miami. Move to Canada, Donna.

The only good fish, is a fried fish

Today PETA (Pinkos Engaging in Total Absurdity) launched their Campaign, "Fish are friends, not food." Let's see how friendly PETA is to fish when we throw them into the Amazon River and let pirahana feast. Pirahana don't care if you are a vegetarian or not. No animal does. Animals are dumb, and deserve to be eaten. Plus, plants live just as much as animals. Maybe PETA should just stop eating and starve, that way we will never have to worry about the joke we call "animal rights."

Is Jack Chirac a Retard?

"Backing Bush has won you nothing, ribbit", Says Jack Chirac. Why does this loon think that acting like the US is a worthless piece of excriment, is going to save him and his country? They are the first to go; I mean, they are the closest to Al Queda. Speaking of which, I know a way to really piss of Al Queda, Start pronouncing their name "Al - Qw-ay-da" then they'll sound like girly men, and maybe they'll become a nuisance!

Allah up in flames? Not quite.

Today some crazy dude lit himself on fire in front of the white house and screamed "Allah! Allah!" Why didn't the secret service let him leave the earth in the same way he will enter his eternal resting place? He's some old hippie that probably dropped a blunt on his pants, and only spoke arabic, so instead of "OH GOD!" he said "ALLAH!" Either way, he should have been put down.
