"Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton on Wednesday called President Bush's explanations for eavesdropping on domestic telephone calls 'strange' and 'far-fetched,' launching a blistering attack on the White House ahead of the president's State of the Union address.

'Obviously, I support tracking down terrorists. I think that's our obligation. But I think it can be done in a lawful way," the New York Democrat said.' " According to the Associated Press.

Well, isn't that interesting. Hillary Clinton says that his explainations are "strange" and "far-fetched." And not only that she has the audacity to say that what President Bush is doing is illegal. Well, lets take a little look into Hillary's past. Does she have an explaination for posessing hundreds of FBI files of federal government workers; people who are NOT terrorists? Was that legal? I think not. Oh, but I forgot, democrats are always working for the common good so even if their actions not only intrude into innocent peoples' personal affairs and are illegal, it's ok.

And I have one last thing to say about this "scandal" inasmuch as it is getting quite tiresome. In the fourth ammendment of the constitution states, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." Well, lets look at the facts. President Bush has probable cause to put wiretaps on suspected terrorists. Also, phone conversations do not belong to the people. The phone a person talks to belongs to that person, but the phone lines belong to the phone company. This makes the conversations on the wires part of the public domain, therefore, giving the government the ability to listen to them without a warrant. But, the constitution doesn't really matter. Where is the ACLU?

There are many things troubling me about the world today, but my biggest pet-peeve as of now is how everyone on the left is claiming that President Bush is a spy and is overstepping his bounds as President. They are wrong. For some odd reason I seem to be the only person that I knows who remembers that thing that happened on September 11, 2001. What was that again? Oh, I remember, only 3000 Americans were killed by Islamic Radicals just for being American. Now, I'm not a fan of big brother, but if putting wire taps on possible terrorists prevents another 3000 or possibly more Americans dying by terrorism I am completly in favor of it. This is the problem with the Left and the ACLU, they are totlly selfish. Everything is about THEIR civil liberties and THEIR rights, how about the rights and civil liberties about the Americans who died on 9/11. Oh, I forgot. They dont matter because they arent you. Plus, we all know it is more important to ensure the civil liberties of one terrorist even if it means having thousands of people die, because civil liberties are what is most important. And, lest you forget, there have been how many terrorist attacks since 9/11? Zero. I trust President Bush to do what is right for our country and to prevent terroist attacks inasmuch as there have been no Americans killed on our own soil since 9/11.

Happy New Year to my few readers! I took a hiatus starting November 19, 2004 and now it is over, I am back and more concerned than ever. I stopped blogging because I was tired of news and took a break from current events and focused more on school and having fun, but I have become deeply troubled by everything going on in the world. I will try to write a new blog once a week though because I have a very busy schedule I may not have fun.

I hope that everyone has a happy and healthy 2006.

African Americans Against Kerry!

Now I don't usually associate race with a certain candidate, but John Scary is definately not a fighter for African Americans. See, today in my History class, a some dudes were trying to have a psuedo-political conversation, blasting Bush, and saying why Kerry should have won. The election is over, but, one said that he had to support Kerry since he is black. First of all, race has nothing to do with political views. Plus, if we really want to get serious, who was the party that freed the slaves, desegregated, and gave African Americans the right to vote, and equal rights? GOP.

Anyway, Kerry doesn't support African Americans. He voted against researching the Red Core Blood Cell, which scientists believe can cure sickle cell anemia, which mainly affects African Americans, and eventually leads to death. So how any African American can be for Kerry is beyond me.

Today PETA (Pinkos Engaging in Total Absurdity) launched their Campaign, "Fish are friends, not food." Let's see how friendly PETA is to fish when we throw them into the Amazon River and let pirahana feast. Pirahana don't care if you are a vegetarian or not. No animal does. Animals are dumb, and deserve to be eaten. Plus, plants live just as much as animals. Back in the day of the Civil War, the slaves were counted as 3/5 of a person. Do you think they should have been counted as 1 or 5/5 person?

If Yes, you are a racist. If the slaves were counted as a whole person that would give the pro-slavery south more votes in congress, inasmuch as the population of the south would be greater. Therefore, there would be more votes for slavery, hence you are a racist, since you are pro-slavery.

If No, you are a racist. How can you not think all men are created equal, as described in our constitution. You judge someone's worth based on the color of their skin and not by the content of their character?

1. Only 8% of ANWR Would Be Considered for Exploration
2. Revenues to the State and Federal Treasury (estimated $2.6 billion)
3. Jobs To Be Created (estimated between 250,000 and 735,000)
4. Economic Impact (estimated over $50 billion to our national economy)
5. Imported Oil too Costly (we spend more than $120 billion dollars a year importing oil)
6. Alaskans Support (More than 75% of Alaskans favor exploration and production in ANWR)

There you have it. The only way you can be against drilling in ANWR is if you don't want to increase the State and Federal Revenue in the US, if you don't want at least 250,000 jobs created, if you don't want to stimulate our economy with at least $50 billion, and if you don't care about the peoples' opinions who live there. Why let some Senator from Massachusetts decide for Alaska , what Alaskans should do?

Who Framed Scott Peterson?

Let me break this down for you people. Scott Peterson was framed. Now I don't know much about this case, considering that I only pick up the few seconds that Katie Couric spends talking about it; as I flip through my 200 channels finding something worth while to watch. Look, the person who killed Lacie is that bitch Amber French Fry. How can you people not see it? Ok, here are the facts:

1. Amber French Fry was the first person to secretly allow the police to bug her phone.
2. Amber French Fry was the one who offered to bait Scott Peterson into telling her what really happened.
3. Scott Peterson didn't admit the murder to her, and he didn't know the phone was tapped; and if there was one person he could trust, it would be his lover.

There only one reason that Scott Peterson is being blamed. Women who hate men everywhere are coming together, and taking out the anger they have with men on Scott Peterson. Although I haven't seen the movie yet it looks like a waste of ten bucks and two hours. First of all Alfie is just like every other chick flick, sappy, Lifetime : For Women movie. Its premise is this: A British playboy goes to New York and realizes the consequences of his womanizing ways. Well, now we know the ending, Alfie falls in love with some feminazi on the Upper East Side and has a change of heart. How sweet. Yeah, Right, no one ever has a change of heart. Whether it be playboys, liars, or liberals they all share a common theme. They don't do what is right, and they never change their ways. Unless a movie has bombs, guns, hot chicks, and/or all of the above it stinks.

Another reason why Alfie is going to suck is beacuse Susan Surandon is in it. Period. Now, generally, when a movie sucks; what happens? People don't watch it, and we forget about the film that was supposed to be great but turns out to become the pimple on the butt of Hollywood within two weeks. But no, the creators of the film now blame the fact that Bush won the presidential election, on its box office bomb. This is getting rediculous.
